The aim of this project is to enable students get to know themselves, their friends and make new friends. We also aim to instill a sense of fellowship in our students. At the end of the project our students will have a more equalitarian, helpful and cooperative attitude towards the others,regardless of religion, language or race. We will try to impose and emphasize that we are all the same.The project will involve students aged 7 to 14. Students will get to know each other virtually through a variety of internet tools (emails, video conference, classroom and a journey into a new culture and people through the art of writing/showing/imaging in a wide variety of forms/formats through digital tools). The project language will be English and Turkish.Thus our students will improve their language and social skills by communicating and collaborating with the other students.They will also be enlightened about their past and cultural heritage.
Bu projenin amacı öğrencilerin kendilerini, arkadaşlarını tanımalarını ve yeni arkadaşlar edinmelerini sağlamaktır. Ayrıca öğrencilerimize kardeşlik duygusunu aşılamayı amaçlıyoruz. Proje sonunda öğrencilerimiz diğerlerine karşı din, dil ve ırk gözetmeksizin daha eşitlikçi, yardımsever ve işbirlikçi bir tutum sergileyeceklerdir. Hepimizin aynı olduğunu empoze etmeye ve vurgulamaya çalışacağız.
Proje, 7 ila 14 yaş arasındaki öğrencileri kapsayacaktır. Öğrenciler, dijital araçlar aracılığıyla çok çeşitli biçimlerde/formatlar kullanarak başka kültürlere ve insanlara yolculuk yapacaklardır. Proje dili İngilizce ve Türkçe olacaktır. Böylece öğrencilerimiz diğer öğrencilerle iletişim ve işbirliği yaparak dil ve sosyal becerilerini geliştireceklerdir.
